Is this a legal contract?
No. It is a working agreement you and the client can sign. It is not legal advice. If the job is large, have a lawyer review your terms.
Where does my data go?
It does not leave this device. Drafts and the Pro unlock live in your browser only.
What does Pro add?
The same studio, without the draft footer on print, plus a license you own. Free mode is fully usable for drafting.
How do refunds work?
If a key was not issued, refund the payment. After a key is sent, treat it as delivered software.
Taxes?
You keep what you collect and report it. In Canada, GST/HST may apply once you are required to register. This app does not file tax for you.
